ds has had a personality transplant since he turned 3. Instead of asking politely for things hes started to scream at me for things and then scream even louder if he doesnt get his own way. He used to accept the meaning 'no' but now i get temper tantrums and him hitting me. He's just turned into a real screamer and seems to be giving attitude all the time.Hes refusing to go bed and then ends up sneaking into mine in the middle of the night. I really dont know how to handle him at the moment. His daddy is working away alot and obviously this has unsettled him-could this be an attention seeking?

Have you considered shackles? Preferably heavy enough so he can't manage more than a shuffle?

My pre-schooler kit contains handcuffs and shackles, a gag, a rack, and gaffer tape. I find this is all that is needed to cope easily with your child in almost all circumstances.

Im sure it means they will turn out to be hyper intelligent. Bright minds, active, wanting to learn minds.
It must be because not evryone elses child does it. The ones who always look angelic, its just us few, us chosen ones with super clever dc.

HayC I tell myself the very same. I repeat the mantra 'It's cos he's a genius. It's cos he's a genius. It's cos he's a genius' over and over as I rock backwards and forwards in the corner.

Armadillo, YES! I find a thick, duffle style coat which is far too tight works quite well too.
