4 month sleep regression, any tips?

DD has just turned 4 months and the dreading sleep regression has just started. We were lucky and from 8 weeks DD slept through from 7-6 with no wakings. We have a strict bedtime routine. Last nap is never past 5 with bath at 6:15, followed by story bottle and bed. Usually DD is asleep by 6:45-7pm falling asleep straight away.
DD is still going down to bed well however like clockwork is waking every night at 1am, we use the dummy to settle her and white noise which she falls asleep to. I try not to pick her up, I know that’s mean. But just try to give dummy and walk away. She settles for a few minutes however then will make noises which eventually follow by cries. This continues on with short periods of sleep inbetween till 4. And then DD will wake between 5-5:30.
Just wondered if anyone had any tips? And does this last forever?!

No it doesn’t last for ever.

6:45-1 is still a really long time so just go to bed when she does for now.

How are you getting on OP?
My LO has been catnapping for the past 3 weeks, 30 mins tops!
He’s now started with 4am wake ups as well, used to be 5, now getting earlier 😆 find it harder when you are used to a good sleeper too, so really feel your pain!
Appreciate that he is still getting a good chunk of sleep but he is so exhausted 🙈🙈
