Potty training should we go back to nappies

My Dd has just turned 3 and we have been (unsuccessfully) potty training her since December so over 4 months. She still has lots of wee accidents and I'm getting so stressed and fed up with it and she is making zero progress so wondering whether we should put her in pull ups.

She started off potty training with quite a few poo and wee accidents but after a week she was fine and doing all poos in the potty and most of her wees but after initial success, unless we literally put her on potty every 30 minutes she still has wee accidents all the time!! Some days up to 6 accidents. She wees on the sofa, in car seat, constant clothes washing.. I'm exhausted with all the cleaning up. She goes to nursery 3 days a week and they've been great. Initially she was only having 1 accident a day but is same as at home now and 4 accidents each day.

Seems if you don't put her on potty every 30 minutes she will wee her pants. It's not a full wee though but is enough to change her clothes, it's almost like she doesn't know she needs a wee until she is weeing and feels the dampness. Then she stops and holds in it and does rest of each wee on the potty.

I'm wondering if she just physically isn't ready.
Wondering if we should just put her in pull ups and try again with pants in a few months time. Maybe the summer when she can go commando.

I should say we've tried everything... Sticker charts, sweet bribes, praise for dry pants and going on potty, we've tried telling her off, not telling her off, leaving her in the wet clothes (she doesn't care)...

Be grateful for any tips. Or anyone else who had to go back to pull ups after 4 months potty training!

I shod also add that I feel we can't keep putting her on potty every 30 minutes as she resists that and it causes stress and tantrums and if you don't catch her just at exactly right moment she'll wee her pants anyway! Or she will sit on potty and not go and then wet herself a few minutes later. It's like she's no desire to do it!

Her older sister was so easy in comparison as was dry in daytime in 2 weeks!.

I'd go back to pull ups and try her again in a few weeks or months. Doesn't sound like she's got it yet and it's probably worth give both of you a little break and trying again later.
