What's it like having a 3rd child?

I am eager to know how people have found having a 3rd child within their family dynamic?
Is it easier to go from 2 children to 3 than it was going from 1 child to two?. Is it harder? The best decison you ever made etc? I'm just curious.
I have been in love with the idea of having 3 children for a while now too.

Definitely the best decision we made. 1-2 was that hard for us as it was a 6 yr age gap but 2-3 also wasn’t hard for us. DS2 and DD have a 16 month gap and it’s amazing. Dd just slotted in with our lives. I wouldn’t change anything about it

Think it depends what your gaps are, ours were 11 and 6 when baby 3 arrived. Age gaps are the first thing everyone comments on but its perfect for us- we haven't got family nearby to help in any way.

It was easy for us. 0 to 1 was hardest for us. The rest just came along. We have a 2 year age gap between them. It did help that our 3rd child was the easiest baby and a sleeping baby. I'm so pleased we did. There is a different dynamic with 3 kids than 2.

I have 3 boys. When I had my third child my eldest was a month off 5 and second a month off 2.
Going to 3 children nearly felled me. It was so very hard. Much harder than having 2 children. Everything was harder. It was just such a lot of work.

Everything in this country seems to be designed for families of 4. Cafe tables, hotel rooms etc. It makes everything much more expensive.

However, they are now all adults in their 20's and I wouldn't change a thing.
