DD has white lump on top gum

Hi there,

DD is 3 months old and we have just noticed a white lump on her top gum - picture attached! Has anyone seen anything similar before?
She has been really irritable the last few days, not really eating as much as usual, dribbling loads and chewing on absolutely anything she can get in her mouth. Not sure if she could be teething or if it's too soon?

My DC was born with two so not too early

Looks like a tooth to me! All 3 of mine fit theirs from 3 months onwards.
