Milk alergy/reflux

Hey! My son is nearly 6 months old. At around 2 months old he was put on gaviscon due to him being sick multiple times after feeds and very unsettled. It didn't help at all so was put on alimentum formula which again he was constantly sick on after feeds. I have tried him on cow and gate reflux milk which stopped him being sick but now his covered in eczema, belly goes hard after feeds, screams after every bottle and really unsettled so now I think it is a milk allergy? His now been put on aptamil pepti 1 and after the first bottle his back to being sick again!
Has anyone else been through anything similar and what did you do? I know there is carobel to thicken the milk but my GP are so hard to get anything prescribed x

Hey OP. I found after weaning my LO got better from reflux. If your DS is 6mo try him on some baby rice or purees to get him started. It sounds like there might be a milk allergy too (I'm no doctor though!) Have you spoken to your HV or GP?
