I have the implant in after my son has born almost 8 months ago And I have been feeling depressed a lot since it been put in I also have experienced horrible belly pains and Vaginal inflammation (urine infections) any advice I'm unsure what to do

Speak to your GP about having it removed.

If that doesn't work go to a local Women's Health/sexual health clinic.

I've had 3 implants and thankfully never had reason to have it removed before due but I have heard that it can be tricky to convince them to take it out.
