I've just totally outraged dd!

Last night, tidying the playroom, I had a little fun myself and cross-dressed all the Barbies and Ken/Action Men. When dd came down a few minutes ago she had a total go at ds1 for doing it, and I had to confess to save his skin.

I think the fact that I, an adult, played with the dolls may have shocked her even more than the rule-breaking cross-dressing.

God they're cute! (LOs, I mean, not cross-dressed dolls )

Great - broaden her horizons, how old is she? At 2-4 and older gender is all about clothes. She might be worried you actualy changed the sex of her barbies!

I hadn't thought of that!

Tidy the playroom, obviously!

I swear, as soon as ds2 can be relied upon to sleep until, say, midnight - we are getting a life again.

Until then...I guess it's the Barbie dolls for me (I'll have to train dh to play, too).
