My little one is almost 5 weeks and this is the third week of having baby acne. I’ve tried the whole cooled boiled water washes which started to clear it but then it became unbelievably dry so I purchased some e45 yesterday, had anyone else used this for it? Also this morning it’s very aggravated as if the e45 has made it worse and looks like it’s possibly scabbing, is this a sign it’s clearing or?
It’s making me feel so sad, I love her so much but you just don’t expect your baby to have bad skin you think it’s going to be all soft and gorgeous. I never had this with my first daughter so it’s all new to me
