STROLLER WITH BIG HOOD

Hey - I'm looking for a lightweight stroller, but one with a big hood so my 2YO can nap in it when were on holiday and it makes it dark as possible

Cheap as possible also although ill take 2nd hand as its literally for this year, then I don't think shell be napping.

We had a hauck rapid 4, big seat, big hood, lays right back and folds easily. Think we paid less than 100 for ours a couple of years ago.

Zest is very light weight with a huge hood but a tiny basket.

I had a Cosatto stroller, the hood on that was MASSIVE. It lay flat and the hood had a zip on it so for day to day you could use it like a normal hood and then unzip and it would come down to their knees.

It also had a clear pocket in the hood that would fit and iPad and a speaker in the back of the hood to plug the iPad into. It was like a private cinema.

The silvercross pop stroller is great and we used it for exactly the same reason as you. It’s not cheap new, but there might be some on eBay/Facebook groups.

The Snoozeshade is brilliant. Cheap on Amazon and all breathable mesh so doesn't get too hot and fits over any buggy to make it really nice and dark.

The Mamas and Papas Armadillo Flip has a massive seat and hood - not as lightweight as some, but it definitely meets the hood criteria and it’s the kind that I bet you could pick up cheaply second hand.
