Hello everyone...
my LO is cluster feeding and its been 2 months... i went to peads and he refused to give top feed and said everything is okay but he is mismanaged... and asked to soothe baby with pacifier... can i make his routine by giving pacifier and giving milk every 2 hours or it will cause my milk supply to get low? As cluster feeding is very hard on me now

What do you mean mismanaged?

Which country are you in? In the U.K. it would be your choice to give a formula top up. Is your baby following their centile line on the WHO graph? What is cluster feeding looking like?

@Thatwentbadly
Went to peads he said weight is fine,not very good but hes doing okay...
One doctor suggested pacifier that time table is little mismanaged and that try making his routine of giving breast milk every two hours... if hes crying after one hours of feeding give him pacifier to give your self break..

If it's during the day, I would try to work out if it's something other than hunger that's making him cry if it's only an hour after the last feed. If it's early evening I'd just settle in with a drink, snacks and the remote and go with the cluster feeding.

How old is your baby? Routines are over rated in my opinion, but it's good to get into a rhythm, e.g. wake, feed, age appropriate activity, nap.
