Stroller recommendations for bad back

I am looking for an umbrella-style stroller that folds up reasonably small that is nice to push. I have a really cheap one but it's got these awful plastic wheels and it's horrible to push - I can feel every bump in the pavement vibrating up my arms and into my shoulders/back. I have a bad back, and it's really aggravating it.

Due to Covid it's very hard to actually go and test one, so looking for recommendations for something that will be less stressful on my back. I was considering maybe a Cosatto one, as we used their travel system and the pram with that was nice to push. But any other suggestions are very welcome!

City jogger zip

I absolutely agree with the Baby Jogger City Mini Zip, for a compact-folding, almost-umbrella buggy, it's super nice, wuality and wheels-wise.

Also, count on any true umbrella-style stroller to e a but of a rattle - it's a little old design that is now overshadowed by the ultracompact buggies, which are also worth considering in your case. Think Ergobaby Metro or Maclaren Atom. But those also have their own negatives - but at least they are sturdier (if it's a quality one.

Cosatto umbrella strollers-wise, I am afraid the noisy-ish wheels might still bother you, they do feel cheaper mainly if they are doubled... but it's more about the suspension that is not the best on umbrella strollers...
