Fish oils for kids?

What do you use for your kids? I have a 4 year old who I think I should start supplementing with fish oils by overwhelmed by how many there are to choose from and which ones are best.

There’s only really one brand for kids - Nature Aid lemon flavoured drops. I have used it for ds since he was 4 months old. Amazon and Holland and Baratt sell it directly.

One of the chewy multivitamins has omega 3 in it.
