One year old constantly stretching

Hi everyone, not sure if anyone has come across something similar but my little one is 1 and for the last few months has been doing, what I can only describe as ‘stretches’ almost constantly, where they stretch out their arms and legs straight at the same time and straighten their back. Sometimes in sitting, sometimes when lying down. We’ve seen a team of paediatricians including neurologist who said they simply think it’s a habit they will grow out of. Obviously I’m relieved it’s nothing to be concerned about however, it seems to interfere with everything from feeding to nursery play and just wondering if anyone out there has come across anything similar as I can find nothing online 😔

Honestly they’ll probably just grow out of it! Toddlers develop so many strange things like that, my dd now 3, used to do like an arched stretch a lot too and bend her back right back lol. We too went through a team of doctors and OTs and one day she just stopped doing it lol. She also went through a toe curling phase also, and after a few visits to the hospital she grew out of that too! Lol x
