Gosh I've not used one for my 6 month old as we're are not allowed anywhere that requires it. Hadn't even thought of it til now but god that's sad!

I think this will depend on the age of the baby!

Mine has nappies/wipes/bags, spare outfit, cardigan/warm top, sippy cup, snack bar, bib, hand gel, changing mat, hair bands for me, nappy cream. Shove my purse & bottle of water in it if we’re going for a longer walk. As @namechangefail2020 says though, I’m not in the habit of taking a changing bag with me because we’ve barely been anywhere. I need to hang it on the back of the door!

I had to pack one the other day for the first time in ages and didn't know what to pack!
