Dream feeds/bedtime routine

Hi,
Just wondering if you do dream feeds and if they work for you?
So our LO is 13 weeks and i have been doing a night time routine for her for a few weeks now, so 7pm we start getting ready for bed, bath, pajamas feed and then she usually going up to bed about 7.30pm we generally bath her 3 times a week so on the nights we don't bath her we still do the same timings without the bath.
Do you bath yours every night to keep your routine the same?
The last week she has been waking up at different times of each night to feed and she hasn't been that easy to get back down, normally I could feed her and she will go straight back to sleep.
She only has 1 feed in the night.
I have been thinking about doing a dream feed around 10.45pm and seeing of that helps her get a better night sleep (and me) has this worked for you?
Also when i do a night feed i started to change her nappy as for a week or so i didn't so i didn't disturb her too much but I can smell wee in the moring where the nappy was on a long time, it hadnt leaked or anything just wee smell, i know that sounds silly as everybodys wee smells but i didn't know if i should leave it like that during the night?
Do you change your babies nappy when feeding at night? Or leave it til the morning?

Just want to also add i know she is still little and feed on demand.
She feeds every 4 hours in the day and she the 1 feed in the night is something that she fell into herself

FF 10wk old here and he gets bathed 3/4 times a week with my toddler then milk and story before bed around 7-7.30ish. We then dreamfeed around 10pm (can’t manage later due to early waking toddler!) He usually wakes anywhere between 2-4 for another feed and then 6.30-7 for his ‘breakfast l’ bottle! We did the same with our first and it worked for us
