Don't want to send kids back for 3 days

My 5 year olds class got sent home from school Thursday to isolate for 10 days(due to numerous positive covid cases in their class and other classes) since friday my husband has been ill and tested positive over the weekend. Our isolation period is due to finish on the 29th so my 5 year old and 3 year old will be allowed back to school on the 30th. They finish for Easter on the 1st April and it's his birthday on the 3rd I really don't see the point in sending them back for 3 days and possibly getting ill for the holidays (and his birthday). Will school fine me if I don't send them back? Any opinions welcome. Thanks

I replied on your other thread. As someone in your household has tested positive then everyone else needs to isolate at home until the end of 2nd of April.

If your husband tested positive over the weekend you all need to be isolating for another 10 days

We have notified track and trace and the relevant people and they have informed us 10 days from the start of his symptoms (Friday) so our isolation period ends (end of) march 29th
