DD2 has come down with a cold thanks to teething DD1! I wasn't too bothered about it until the last few hours.
She's very sleepy, only drank 8 ounces of formula since 9am and now after a bit of a feed she's throwing up mucus as well as her milk.
Can't ever recall DD1's colds being like this so i'm not sure if it's something to worry about. Thanks!

Teething doesn't cause colds.
Doesn't sound like a cold, possibly a virus of some sort.

Sounds like bronchiolitis www.nhs.uk/conditions/bronchiolitis/

Ah doesn't it?!? Is it just a coincidence everytime a new one pops up she ends up with a cold? I honestly thought they were linked! Anyway, yes, i didn't think it seemed rightConfused

Sounds like chest infection. Doctors asap

Dd2 had bronchiolitis at 2 weeks old and it was straight into hospital for 10 days so she could have oxygen and a feeding tube to help her fight it off. I know 10 weeks is a lot more robust, but definitely worth an emergency gp call or 111. Dd2 was sleepy, snuffly and coughing and not feeding enough, but nothing that made me think it was that serious before we were admitted.

Thanks everybody, rang the doctors who is giving me a call back today. She seems to be ever so slightly pausing her breathing after a yawn or moving around.

Thats how i'm feeling, part of me is saying it's just a cold. But she doesn't seem right so have phoned the doctors. Thank you
