Desperate for help-8 month sleep regression

Hi all. I’m having some sleep issues with my DD who is nearly 9 month old. From around 4.5 months she’s been an amazing sleeper. Can self settle and sleeps through the night until 7am no problems but that’s all changed in the last week.

It started with her naps getting shorter and more disturbed then she’s been waking at all different times throughout the night 3am 4:3am 5am. She’s never been any earlier then 6:30am.

DD goes down a treat at bedtime and settles really well it’s just her naps and this early morning wakings are a killer.

DD isn’t crawling or walking or anything like that at the minute and I thought that is it hat caused a sleep regression?

Sorry for the long post but I’m desperate for help and advice as I’ve just gone back to work Mat leave and I do shift work so some very early mornings and some late late nights and could really do with getting DD sleep back on track.

How is she when she wakes up? Could it be teething?

@alanpartridgefromtheoasthouse hi there. She never cries when she wakes up she just babbles very loudly and rolls over

If she's not crying and is happy enough I'd just leave her be. Invest in earplugs if you need to.

I found mine slept better once they got through the next development leap (so learnt to crawl or walk).
