Hi everyone...I have a 3 and a half month baby girl she was premature by 6 weeks recently she has started sleeping from half 8 till 2 3 am which is great but after that fed she just groans and groans all night...I try winding her etc sometimes she burps but will still groan .she has always been a groany baby so I make sure to wind loads but only seems to be that night feed she cant settle after any ideas?

She is on SMA Gold prem 2 which I have seen can make them windy and sometimes she struggles to poo but doesnt really have bad tummy anymore since I started using colief drops.

It has crossed my mind she could still be hungry as she doesnt really cry for night feeds now just wriggles..but she does just under 4 ounces then wont take anymore xx

Does she have reflux? My DD was 4 weeks prem and suffered awful reflux and that’s how she was at night.

She used to have reflux like posseting alot in her crib but she isnt bad now I think it was to do with wind and try burp her more now just seems to be after night feed she isnt that sicky now I have started using lactose drops in her feeds now as they thought she had a secondary intolerance but I think they help her bring up wind more than anything
