4 month old routine HELP

Hello everyone,

I'm a first time mum and my daughter is 4 months old. She doesn't have a proper routine but I want to get her into one. She sort of has a bedtime routine. In which she has her bum changed, sleeping bag on, bottle then to bed. This is anywhere between 10-11pm, wakes for one bottle usually around 2-3am. Bedtime won't be any earlier or she thinks it's play time at 5am lol.

What's everyone's bottle and sleep routines with their little ones at this age? I know every baby is different but would like to get an insight on what everyone else does at this age 😊

Put him to bed at 10pm, sometimes he wakes for a bottle in the middle of the night and sometimes he doesn't, he wakes about 8/9am. Don't want to change to an earlier bedtime as then one of us would have to stay upstairs with him or he d like wake up earlier

7.00-7.30 wake followed by a feed, play and get up for the day.
9.00-9.15 Nap 30-60minutes.
10.30 bottle
Followed by chores, playing, go out
12.00 nap (usually out on a walk 30-60mins)
13.30 bottle
14.45-nap (1-2 hours)
On wake she has a small feed
17.30 meal (we are only early weaning due to pediatric advice)
6.45 bath, followed by pjs
7.15 feed
7.30 bed

Generally I work on 2hour awake windows (apart from last which is slightly longer), and 3 hours between feeds, bed between 7-8 depending on last nap. Some days we have 4 short naps.

7pm - bath

7.20 - baby massage, tummy time, story

7.45 - feed

8.30 - bed

He usually sleeps through til 7 but we’re going through a tricky stage at the moment and he’s waking more than normal.

Thank you for the replies! Will definitely use your examples, tweak a bit to fit around a normal day for me and my daughter and see how we go! Thank you 😊 xx
