Hi, I currently have a mamas and papas travel system but now my little girls 13 months of quite like to get a lightweight stroller that doesn’t take up my whole boot of the car.....I will look to get a 2nd hand one as we already spent a small fortune on the travel system...what would you all recommend?? Also do you think umbrella fold or one that folds down on itself?
Thanks in advance x

I’ve a silver cross pop which is great. I’ve also a double city mini also very good.

I swapped out my mamas and papas Travek system for a second hand baby jogger city mini and it's brill. It's got the benefits of a sturdier pushchair but folds up nice and small and the one handed fold is so quick and easy. It's the older version but it's still perfect fir our needs

I wouldn't really go for an umbrella fold - the umbrella stroller design is less sturdy, there are better options with a single handle and a better, longer-lasting chassis design. I personally would go for a BJ City Mini Double, even if bought preloved. A Valco Snap Duo or a Baby Monsters Easy Twin might also work if searching for something affordable.

Sorry to jump on. I’m currently looking for a stroller (not an umbrella fold type) that sits bolt upright. The one we have my daughter can’t sit up enough and gets frustrated. Any recommendations?

I wrote on this on the topic of upright seats, it might help.

Overall, I would first think of your budget, then about the reversibility, and go for maybe a Cybex Mios, Stokke Beat, or mb the ABC Design Okini. The lightweight pushchairs usually have at least a bit of incline, so think about what exactly you need, taking the little one's age into account.

Ive got joie litetrax and love it. Folds reasonably small and is light. 12 month old very comfortable in it. He is disabled and cant sit up unassisted yet so needs extra support. I am very happy with it. Plus it has a parent tray for my coffee...

I recently bought a stroller for my little one after reading reviews from high end stroller. It might also help you to choose the best one. I also recommend it to one of my friends and her push chair is also going fantastic.
