Recommendations for sling alternative

Hi, my Ergobaby Aura sling is used every day for my 3 month old's naps... I wear him in it for 1.5 - 3 hours a day, but it is really starting to take its toll on my back and shoulders now he's getting bigger. We also have a Stokke baby carrier which DH uses on walks and sometimes in the house, but I find it a bit big and cumbersome for indoor use so I am looking for something in between the two. Does anyone have any recommendations for something more structured / supportive than the sling, but not a full on baby carrier?

We have the ergo baby embrace. It’s been great indoors and outdoors. Ds still comfy to carry in it at 10 months, and I choose it over the ergo 360 most the time

You can get lots of soft structured carriers, do you purely want buckles?

I would get a woven wrap. The stretchy slings will start to hurt your back by around 3-4 months as they aren't supportive enough for bigger babies. I didn't personally like a soft-structured carrier (hard to move and sit down in). But I wore mine in a woven wrap til probably 2.5 ish regularly with no issues. I even managed to to get my 4 year old in it once! It's just that you need a more supportive fabric that can absorb the weight of your growing baby instead of your back.
