I bought some rainbow totsbots a few years ago and the velcro is now pretty worn off. Does anyone know if they have a revelcro-ing (!) service, as I'd like to use them on dd2.

I've never heard of a revelcro-ing (great word ) service, but sitting here looking at one, it shouldn't be too difficult to do yourself. unpick the old with a stitch unpicker tool (I've got one that came with my sewing maching, then sew new velcro on. I have sewn velcro on a different make of nappy on which it came unstitched, and that was easy enough.

Have you tried contacting them directly to find out? It is easy to do yourself but if you're not keen then maybe someone could do it for you.

Alternatively....just take the velcro off completely and nippa them - you get a bietter fit this way on a newborn

the aplix is put on to the nappies in the uk, after the nappies have been shipped in from Turkey so there is a possibility that it could be done, give them a call and ask

I've contacted them and they can do it. There's a charge though, I don't know how much. Good idea about the nippa, but my tots are size 2 so a bit too big I think.

you could try turning the top over at the back, so you are making the nappy smaller and using the nippa on what would be the inside of the tabs, iyswim. that's how some btp nappies work. It depends how big your baby is - mine was too small for that at first.
