Please help me,what should i do

Ive diarrhoea for three days and now im breastfeeding i think my baby is also doing more stools than usual.. what should i do...
He usually did 2 stools now hes doing it three or 4 times please help me what should i eat or what should i do

Just make sure your extra careful with personal hygiene. Make sure you are drinking lots and lots and keep breast feeding the baby.

Yes, don't worry. Young babies will usually get a touch of diarrhoea from time to time. Look out for signs of dehydration, just in case, as young babies can get dehydrated quite quickly if the diarrhoea is very bad, but otherwise just keep feeding on demand.

Keep yourself hydrated and rest when you can. Wash your hands very thoroughly before feeding your baby, after changing nappies and after going to the loo. Keep feeding your baby as normal. It’s normal for your baby to have diarrhoea from time to time, just keep an eye out for signs of dehydration. If it doesn’t clear up in a few days or your baby starts to seem unwell, call your GP.
