Constipation

Has anyone else’s little one had pretty much constipation since staring solids? She’s 8 months and been eating for two months and since then her poos have more often than not been solid (like adult poos I guess)

She goes every day, sometimes multiple times, and doesn’t seem to be in any discomfort passing them anymore. She also has plenty of water. I just don’t know if this can be normal? The doctor said he’s reluctant to prescribe anything as she needs to get used to the food Confused Just wondered if anyone’s had similar?

If she's not in discomfort and she's pooing several times a day, is it constipation? Are the poos hard, like pellets?

When they start having more proper food their poo does look more like an adults. DS had proper constipation caused by infant gaviscon and it was more like a large rabbit dropping to be honest. If she's not uncomfortable and she isn't hurting herself passing it I'd say she's probably ok.
