Deadline - ignore it

I've had a couple of weeks of overtime, DS, short-notice interviews, dead internet connection and suddenly I find I've got a deadline on Friday. There's another interview on Thursday, and I need to fly to the other end of the country for it. The course wants 2500 words on networking, and the uni. website (with all the useful library & database stuff) is down. That's 2500 words on the basics, and all I'm seeing on Google Scholar is the advanced...

Too tired, and I can't see any way to do this. I'm thinking of paying the resit fee, accepting the lack of a safety net, and putting my energy into getting all the other work done...

Kevlarhead... I don't know what your course is, but please talk to your personal tutor or module convenor or someone now. Don't give up, just explain the difficulties you've been having and ask for an extension. No-one in their right minds would refuse given the problems you've had. (I've had students ask for extensions for far more trivial reasons.) Don't just rely on the resits.
