9 month old nap 'schedules'

Just curious - what are your 9 month olds naps like? How long do they nap for, how many naps do they take a day, and at what time do they have naps? We were in a lovely routine until 8 months and now it's all gone to poop! Wondering what others do? We used to have the flexible schedule of:

Wake up: 7:00 (bottle, breakfast, dressed, play)
Nap 1: 09:30 (until 11:00, then bottle, lunch, walk, play)
Nap 2: 14:00 (until 15:30 - again followed by bottle, dinner, play and then bath time)
Bedtime: 19:00

This used to work so well, but now LO just isn't tired for his naps, and we're having to have a late bedtime AND earlier wake up just to fit in naps 😬 thinking I'm missing a trick!!

Always painful cutting down on naps.... But maybe cut the morning nap to 45 mins ish (ie 1 sleep cycle instead of 2 )?

My DD is 10 months but had the same schedule since 8 months..

6:00-6:30: wakes
9:30-11: 1st nap
2:30-4:00: 2nd nap
7:00-7:30: bed

You could cut the morning nap like PP said so your LO is tired enough for the 2nd nap.
