Hiya, were you given the linked leaflet when you took little one?

It’s what I give to parents when they attend (I give these jabs) Fever is a really common side effect of the 8/16w immunisations, you can give paracetamol 4-6 hourly for up to 48 hours, ensuring no more than 4 doses in a 24 hour period in order to treat fever caused by the immunisation and baby is otherwise well.

If you are concerned about little one please seek medical advice from your GP/practice nurse/111.

A fever in children is anything from 38c and upwards.
