Hello,
My daughter had her 1 year vaccinations on Tuesday. She was feeling rather yucky but seems to have picked up a little. I bathed her last night with her plaster on (I don’t wash her the night after jags). Then I removed the plaster and continued on sorting her for bed.
I noticed the usual mass at the measles vaccine and had no concern. This morning I have changed her and noticed a red rash surrounding the injection site and the mass seems to be larger. I had spoken to Bupa who have given us antibiotics.
However when I was changing her there I noticed the mass get bigger again. I’m waiting on her prescription now. But something’s telling me to go get her examined. I’m always overly anxious about her well being. I just want to know if anyone would do the same. Or if this looks okay to follow the advice from Bupa without hospital visit - the risk of covid is high so I’d rather not put her at any unnecessary risk
