7 week old all of a sudden dropping oz of milk per feed?

I'm a ftm here. My baby is 7 weeks old..she has been really good with her milk so far (she is formula fed) a couple of days ago she was on 6oz every 4 hrs and goes a bit longer during the night. For literally one day I thought 6oz wasn't enough for her as she was emptying the bottle and still seeming like she could have drank more so I upped it to 7os for a day and now for the past 2 days she's been having around 4oz every feed. She still has the bottles every 4 hrs and doesn't show signs she's hungrier before the 4hr mark... has anyone come accross this? Is this normal/phase? I've got the HV on Friday so I'll ask her this aswell just want to get a feel of other mums opinions.

I'll add aswell that I don't think it's the teats or the formula itself...as she takes the bottle really easy for the first 4oz and needs winding in between. We just get to a certain point where she starts spitting it out and gagging on it and just seems really uncomfortable for her to take anymore

Mine have always had the odd day where they eat more or less - it's just annoying when you're wasting formula. My DD left 2-3 ounces in her bottles yesterday morning but then drained her later ones and had an extra bottle compared to normal. 🤷 I'd just keep an eye on it and speak to the HV if you're still concerned.
