Omega 3 supplement for toddler?

I give nearly 3 year old DS a multivitamin liquid every day. Does anyone give their child omega 3 supplement also? He won't eat oily fish/leafy green veg. Ordered Efamol drops today online as they were on offer. But now I'm wondering whether I should have bothered!

We’re vegetarian and I do for that reason

Thanks @SparrowNest. Any brand in particular?

I give DS the natures aid kids omega 3 drops, and Well baby and have done since he was 3 months old. He’s breastfed so it was recommended.

Thanks @GrumpyHoonMain. Gave him the vitamin d drops too as midwife recommended at the time. But no one ever mentioned omega 3. It only popped in to my head when I bought a supplement for myself the other day
