Dressing baby when outside April/may

What do you put on when outside for long periods april/may? My LO is currently 8 weeks.

I've currently been using a pram suit so far but imagine it might be a bit warm for that by then!

Was thinking something like this coat?

Assuming that you're in the UK, it could be anything from a vest (if it's hot like previous years) or your aforementioned pram suit! Who knows???
The best thing if you're planning to purchase ahead would be layers that could suit either.

Could be worth looking at star blankets, think they are from tuppence and crumble. Might be too much on a warm day but cooler than a pram suit so quite good for in-between weather.

Sometimes a cardie is enough, other days a coat. It's really difficult to say as the weather in the UK can be so changeable at that time of year

I had one of these coats and got so much wear out of it. Can be worn with jumper or t shirt, with a hat under the hood, very versatile. I had them in every size till 2/3.
