As the lockdown has gone on I’m feeling more and more guilty over how much my 2 yo is missing out on.. I feel like a crap parent (even though there’s only so much I can do)

My sons just turned 2 and is still not massively into things like colouring etc - he’d only just turned 1 when we went into lockdown.

Can you share some ideas of things I can do with him? He loves cars, trains, birds and his duplo blocks. We often go for walks and he loves exploring so we do spend a lot of time outside but I feel like I’m failing him by not doing fantastic activities every day. I’m sure a lot of parents feel the same but I’m really struggling at the moment with it all (as in lockdown etc)

Any ideas would be appreciated Smile

5 min mom book? Has good ideas. My son like the Teddy zip wire. Aka a hanger some string and a Teddy bear.
We did baking at weekend, mud kitchens (he loves this even in the rain), gardening (digging holes and toddler bossing around ref moving stuff), foam with food colouring and spoons in Bath with toys (utter disaster n v. Messy) and football in Park.
It's all much of muchness at the mo though and too much hey dougee
