Double buggy off road

Just wondering if anyone could possibly recommend a double buggy (will be for newborn and 18 month old) that will be suitable for off road and jogging? It is for my DB and DSIL, they are expecting version 2 and live very rurally, so they need a tough double buggy that can cope with muddy dog walks in the fields and going to get the horses in etc. Thank you in advance!

I loved my Nipper 360 for its off-road capabilities, but only had the single version. It lies flat, so can be used for newborns. There is a double though!

Phil and Teds Sport , it’s a tandem but you can get a newborn insert .

I had an Out and About Nipper 360 too. We had the double: newborns can lie flat, space for shopping, easy to push. I managed to get it through 99% of doorways (although I live in an ancient city and one or two shops were 'no go!). I sold it after about a year of use for nearly as much as I paid for it.
