nits dilemma!

DS 2nd bday party tomorrow. Invited family and a few neighbours with kids. Bought all the stuff! Just realised DS has nits - aaaah. So my question is - do I cancel/tell everyone and leave it up to them/keep schtum and hope for the best? I know you ladies will be honest!

Ooh thanks I was hoping you would all say that! We have spent the last half an hour with a nit comb and conditioner, I think we got all the big b**tards. I feel itchy all over now! Thanks again for the speedy responses. xx
