Hi, my baby has quite liquify poops as she is breastfed but the last two poops she’s had are a darker color a d very very watery, basically liquid. It is dark yellow/green. Should I be co concerned? She is acting normal although didn’t sleep as good as usual last night. The only thing I can think has changed is that she seems to be teething like crazy, fists in the mouth constantly. She is 3 months old.
