My 19 month older constantly has his head on the floor. He'll be stood on his feet, bent over with his head on the floor and his bum in the air. He does it all the time. When playing, even in his cot. He'll stay like it for a while. He'll sometimes just stand still like it and sometimes walk forward and hit into things. It's so odd, google suggested potentially a warning sign for autism but he got a zero score on the online MCHAT tests. Can anyone advise?

Is he dizzy? Maybe get his ears checked.

The old wives tail is that he's looking for a sibling and there's one on the way!

But I actually have no idea sorry, my 2 year old does it a lot, sometimes watches tv like it. I asked her why and she said she likes going upside down so I think it's probably just fun!

Mine went through a phase of this. I was told it was just learning different perspectives. It passed.

The old wives tale mentioned above apparently about because it’s common behaviour around 18 months when lots of people start thinking about and conceiving another baby.

Ha that's funny we are currently TTC number 2!

I did wonder about his ears, but he doesn't seem to be in pain or have any other symptoms, it's an odd one. Perhaps it's just a weird toddler phase. Thank you all

Mine does this when he’s tired
