Groundhog Day

I have 2 boys, nearly 6years and 14 months, and I'm slowly but surely running out of ideas to keep us all busy and happy. Everyday feels like Groundhog Day. We have done walks, messy play, building, cars, reading, singing, dancing, the list goes on, we are bored! I don't drive so it's the same walks all the time. It's cold so no picnics outside. Any new fun exiting ideas?

I have a nearly five year old and a 13 month old and am struggling to entertain them both too.

Den building seems to be a hit if you get some bunting and sheets and cushions and arrange them in different ways each time. We sometimes pretend to be on a spaceship/pirate ship and go on missions for treasure while the toddler toddles about and gets rescued from sharks.

Freezing little toys like dinosaurs or duplo people in water so that they have to be dug out and rescued is something I’m going to try next (for the eldest).
