Spots on 4.5 month old baby

My LO has these tiny spots on his front and one on his back. Should I be worried?!

No, I don’t think you need to be worried. They’re probably just slightly blocked pores or heat rash.

No, babies get spotty and blotchy.

My four month old gets these, usually disappear after a day or so then pop up in a different place a few days later!
