Constant dried bloody nose?

Hi bit of an odd is this normal question.

A week ago my (20 months) toddler woke up from her nap with blood boogies stuck to her face, I googled and it says nose bleeds are common in small ones so thought it was fine.
The next day she had a tiny amount of dried blood on her nostrils and a whistling nose. I worried there was something up there, she blew her nose and a big dried blood boogie came out, and the whistling stopped. Assumed it was left over from the day before.

Every day since she has random dried bloody boogies appear on her nostrils, I've never seen her have a nose bleed, not even one drop if fresh blood. It's such a tiny amount but it's been nearly a week so it's concerning me.

Worth calling the gp over?

My son now 2 started with these a few months ago, he’s since had 2 full on nose bleeds.
Have told the health visitor who was unconcerned and said it’s normal for the young and he could be having a sneaky pick along with weather changes, however to log them at the GP if I got concerned and he needed checks further down the line

Thank you for your reply! I'm glad it wasn't concerning
