Hi

My 8 month old son has very dry skin especially on his legs and arms/elbows. I’ve tried sudocrem, zinc and castor cream (GP recommended) and aveeno moisturiser but nothing seems to work. I don’t think it’s eczema it’s just dry. Any advice please for anyone that’s found a solution? Thank you

Aveeno baby lotion (daily care) and aveeno baby wash worked wonders for my LO skin

Might sound weird but I used olive oil on one of mine and it worked a treat.

I use AproDerm on my little one and think it is really good. Bought a huge tub on Amazon for £10. She has eczema and dry skin and I was finding the usuals (child's farm, aveeno etc) just weren't enough. Her skin is nearly perfect since using it and it's suitable from birth. I find when it's bad that I have to slather her whole body before bed and when she wakes up, and then reapply to problem areas at nappy changes.
