My little boy is 15 months old. He almost always has red dots on his penis. We change regularly and use cream. For example last night when I went to bed the res dots on his penis were quite bright so I popped metanium on and then the next morning it was practically gone. Then come bedtime again tonight it’s noticeable again.
They are just red dots, no actual bumps or welts or weeping it’s just in that area and no where else.
He isn’t bothered by it and it doesn’t seem to bother him. I just wondered if anyone has experienced this as it gets better then comes back again constantly. They aren’t angry. They are pin sized red dots.
