I want to make some cottage pies to freeze for my 9 month old. What size ramekins do you use - would 200ml capacity be OK or do I need bigger? Thanks!

I would do at least 200g per portion.

I still use 120ml pots for my 9 month old. Seems about right. I usually add some finger food alongside ie cottage pie in tub, plus some carrot/ courgette/ broccoli as finger food afterwards
