What car seat if I don’t drive?

So I have a travel system and I use the car seat in taxis for when I go shopping etc. Now my baby is nearly growing out of the car seat she has. What do people do? I can hardly take a massive car seat with me everytime I need to go out? Will I just need to get the bus everywhere?

Well, yeah. Legally i think you can take a child in a taxi without one, but the thought of that fills me with dread.

Many taxi firms will provide car seats if you book in advance and let them know. It’s less flexible but it works.

Legally you don’t need a car seat in a taxi.

What about a Trunki booster seat?
