My wool wrap has gone all funny - can I salvage it?

I have a wool wrap which I have a love/hate relationship with (insofar as you can have a relationship with a wrap). I love the way it looks on DS and it is great for his nappy rash, but the blasted thing leaks all the time. I have followed the instructions re lanolising to the letter but it never gets any better. So I haven't used it all that much.

Recently I thought I would give it another go but when I got the wrap out I saw that some of the stitches had stretched a bit in the middle, at the front. I have no idea how this happened. I lanolised and put it on DS but suprise suprise it leaks, and particularly at the front in the middle.

Is there anything I can do about it? Because if not I have spent one of the most useless £20 of my life.

Cheers

Which kind of wrap is it? The stitches shouldn't be gaping....

It's a Woollywraps (or something similar). I bought it from you Disclaimer: I am certain it is all my fault and nothing to do with the wrap itself, which is gorgeous.

I was wondering if it was from me

I'll email her - can you take a photo for me?
