Four year old bed wetting

My four year old daughter wets the bed every night and has never been dry. Normally she is put to bed in a nappy, but sometimes I try her without to see if she is ready. With no nappy, she wets the bed but stays asleep, and in the morning is cold and wet. When this happens, the next night I put her back in a nappy. Does any know if I should just grit my teeth and leave her wet for a few weeks. I know that nappies hold back day time potty training, so is it the same for nights?

no

inorder to sta dry at night a hormone needs to kick in...

this can happen anywhen between 2 and 7 years... until it does there is nothing you or they can do about it so best to continue with a nappy until you start to have some dry nights which implies hormone is starting to work...

hence Drs dont even see it as a prob until 7 years
