anyone else's lo hate pooing? out of no-where he'll chuck everything on the floor or something and then i discover he's done a poo

My daughter is 3 1/2 and still occasionally has a paddy when she needs a poo. She's been very constipated in the past, so I think she worries that it's going to hurt. I have friends whose kids are the same age and still refuse to poo on the loo. So don't panic. My advice would be not to make a big deal out of it.
