Spots on baby's torso

Any ideas what these might be? Dd is 13 months. No temp but terrible sleep. Unusual for her. She's fine , eating well etc.

The spots spread from her groin, over her tummy and chest. They don't go down her arms or legs. They're faint like they've been there a few days and fading but I hadn't noticed them until this morning.

Chicken pox?

My DD used to suffer with viral rashes, just randomly. I put sudocrem on them.

Thanks! Its basically gone today?! Very odd...
