White palate and gums

Hey everyone, since my daughter was born (she is now 5 months) I noticed that the roof of her mouth was white and the back of her gums but not her tongue, I rang docs and they straight away put it down to thrush without seeing her (because of covid). It didn’t clear up so then was prescribed another 2 lots of medication afterwards because it still didn’t clear. I managed to push for an appointment afterwards as I got quite annoyed that I’ve been given medication for my baby without them knowing if it was thrush or not. When they saw her they took one look and said it doesn’t look like thrush at all. She now has blood tests coming up because the docs said it could possibly be celiac disease or diabetes, I’ve looked both of these up and none say about a white palate and gums and they also say that your baby doesn’t put in weight that well with those but my baby seems to be growing fine and doesn’t show any signs of illness. Has anyone else had this with their baby? I’d just like to put my mind to rest a bit because after stupidly after googling I’m quite worried what it could be x

Hi @Chloejhills I know this is a really old post of yours but, did you ever get to the bottom of this? My baby also has white gums/palette and I’m curious as to what it is.
